Apparently the U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame has been inactive since 1992 and is now being revived. Kristi Yamaguchi is one of 19 individual finalists (and the only skater) with 6 to be chosen. Here's an article:

I voted!

The only thing I didn’t like is that they forced you to vote for every field. I don’t know anything about paraolympians, so I wasn’t sure who to vote for there.

If you're looking for a suggestion for a paralympian to vote for, I would recommend Dennis Oehler. I am a school principal and Dennis has, for many years, given a lot of time to working with kids as they head towards middle school and talking to them about setting goals and working towards them as well as incorporating and about how to have a better understanding of the disabled. He has a talent for reaching out to all kinds of children and involving each of them personally in his discussions. The children are usually captivated by his presentation and spend the entire morning as involved and interested listeners.
