Hey all, I have a little problem.
Do you know when you go on the skate canada website and it has a little thing called members only, where you have to put in your skate canada number and your password?
Well I logged on and there is a littke tab where it says highest twst levels attained but mine says no records on file when I have all my preliminary dances and my skill??
Is there something wrong with the website or do they just not update it very often?
Thanks:bow:

I have found the website to be updated quite frequently. I would check first with your club and then call member services (their number is on the website) if the information has been submitted.

My coach didn't know anything about it so should I just call?

Your club test chair would know for sure. But, it doesn't hurt to call member services. They are very nice people.

Justine,
I would recommend that you contact your Club to see if they have forwarded the information to Skate Canada. My daughter had done a number of tests and they were not recorded at Member Services. We only found this out a few months ago so I contacted Member Services at memberservices@skatecanada.ca and I had a response the next day. When the club forwarded copies of the tests she had passed, it was added to the Members Only section of the website.
If you have your copies showing that you passed the tests, you could show these to your club rep. who looks after Testing. They may be misplaced so it is always good to check to make sure. You would not want to have to redo these again, especially if you want to test at a higher level.
Good luck.

Hi Dolly,
I actually emalied member services, 2 days ago and they never got back to me.
I keep checking everyday but it still says the same thing.:??
I do have my test papers so I might take them into the club manger just to check if they have put them on file.
Will give you an update.
Thanks
Justine

This is a job for your club test chair. They've got 30 days to send the test results to Skate Canada, along with a cheque to pay the fees, so if the test chair is slow, or the club's bookkeeping is slow, then Skate Canada can't do anything. They need the piece of paper from the test chair of the test session. I know you've mentioned where you skate a few times and to be honest, I'm not surprised at your problem, not at all.
