CoP point values

Is there an online source for the point values for CoP, besides the downloadable files at ISU? I've downloaded almost all the available stuff from that site, but can't seem to get them to open. I must thank my hubby for screwing up the computer again (and it's my precious, I gots it for my birthday!)

The point values are on this site:

Click on Technical Elements: Scale of Value, then scroll down to choose which discipline (singles/pairs/dance) and which aspect (e.g. jumps). Then all the values come up.

I just noticed in Communication 1207, it says that the program component scores are multiplied by certain factors for each discipline and program

Men: 1.0 for SP and 2.0 for LP
Ladies: 0.8 for SP and 1.6 for LP
Pairs: 0.8 for SP and 1.6 for LP

What's up with the higher factor for the guys?
