My husband was very impressed by Sandu's "Like I Love You" exhibition at the Canadian Nationals gala. I liked it but prefer "Purple Rain" (01), "Ave Maria" (01) and others since then.
I would like to hear your comments about any of his programs.:)

I'm just amazed by this guy's versatility. There really is nothing he can't do and no music he can't skate to. From classical music like the Greig piano concerto, and the Bruch/Tchaikovsky violin concerto program, to the Crazy Benny techno, to Purple Rain, and to Tango, then to Justin Timberlake. I'm more than impressed each time he skates to a program. And it's hard to choose a favorite, though the two times where he had completely left my jaw dropped to the table was was when he skated to Purple Rain and the Tango for the first time...absolutely brilliant and eye opening. His Justin Timberlake just makes me ecstatic and marvel at his talent all over again; he can just dance it away and send your heart soaring. I also loved the Bruch/Tchaikovsky program from 1999, just the totally classical look and balletic, expressive arm movement...
I have really enjoyed almost all of his programs and like the versatility that he has shown.
Unfortunately, since I am not in Canada, I haven't seen that many of his exhibitions televised here.
IMO, his best program to date was "Journey of Man".

I like most of Sandhu's programs as well, but one I really disliked was that purple rain one. Maybe cause I disliked the music...
