I saw Shae last night at COI in Long Beach, I was sitting only 20 feet from her and I could hardly tell it was her! But once you get used to it the change is striking. and very daring....which works well with the piece she and Vic are performing. Also, Victor cut off most of his hair too...wonder if they lost a bet with Marina and Gwendal??? LOL

Totally unfair... why does she looks so "right" in every look she has?! Not all of us are as fortunate to a) be able to find a hair dresser that can give you flattering cuts, or b) look as good as she does. I bet she'd look beautiful even if she was bald, lol

I remember reading something a few years ago where Shae said she had a terrible time with her hair as it's very fine. Maybe she's finally found a good hairdresser that can work with her hair or it's just changing as she's getting older. I seem to remember my own fine hair starting to change when I was about her age.


And for anyone who says Shae has never had a bad do...well, there was the sky-high bangs she had early in their career, the bad perm at 1997 Skate Canada, and her hair at 99 worlds wasn't all that great - kind of mullett-y.


and if Victor got a buzz cut???? 8O well, I guess it will grow back.

Sasha was spectacular: 2A, 3 Lutz (true edge!), 3Flip, 3TL - quite a performance. Elvis was great! Rudy stole the show!! He was so wonderful. Sarah only skated one number, and with that she fell out of one jump and fell on another. (I am a little concerned about injury there). It was so interesting seeing Irina, Sasha, Sarah and Michelle all skate live, and together. Really got a sense of them, and why they are marked as they are marked.

I expect a full report!

PS the colors are at the top of the dialogue box: it says "Font Color" and you just click the drop down menu. Then, start typing between the first thing that says color, and the name of the color, and the ending thing that says color! How is that for a technical answer [/color:1530c4406c] :lol:
