Takeshi's long program music

Can someone give some more information about his long program music. The only thing I know is that it's called "Warsaw concerto". Does anybody here has more details (composer...) thanks

The composer is Richard Addinsell. It's not a real piano concerto; it's part of
the score for a movie called "Dangerous Moonlight" which was released during WWII. It's a British wartime romance involving a Polish refugee pianist.
