Real Sports with Bryant Gumbal

About a year ago this show on HBO did a piece about figure skating and parents who push their children in the sport (or something along those lines). They profiled a little girl who was about 6 and her dad was maintaining a website about her triumphs in the sport. Does anyone know who this skater is? I think her mom was Japanese and her dad was American. It was clear that the kid liked to skater but it was also clear that dad was VERY into her skating.

Not naming names. She still skates at the Skating Club of Boston. That website was a bit over the top wasn't it. It was taken down soon after some hrash comments were posted on the internet about it and the TV segment. She is a good little skater. Just hope dad lets it stay that way. It should all be about fun at that age. If she's good the pressure will come soon enough all by itself.
