Finally got to see Brian live last Saturday at Kurt's show and...I finally get it!! I think w/me, he just never translated well to me over the TV. The coverage Brian gets sure as heck doesn't. That duet w/Kurt too...WOW!!

Happy Birthday Brian!! May it be spent w/those you love around you.

LOL!! Yes, I think it's safe to assume that. :) I'm still blown away by the way he just covers the ice. Two cross cuts and Brian was flying. Wow!!

Seeing any elite skater live is a real eye opener. I never cared for Todd Eldredge till I saw him up close at SOI one year. TV simply cannot do these incredible athletes justice.
