Found it. It sounds like it's just an idea she has. But HEY!!!!!!! I sure hope she goes fo it. I'm sure she'd make a Pair team a hit!!!!!!! LOL. After all she is sooooooooooo GORGOUS!!!!!!! So in my opinion I think she'd make one of the worlds most GORGOUS Pair skaters!!!!

I agree she would be an awesome pair skater, however i would miss seeing her do singles to much if she did!

I seriously doubt she's serious about it. I think she's just blowing smoke in typical teenager style. "I think I'll be a ... uh ... neurosurgeon."

I don't think she was serious about it either or if she does do it, she wouldn't do any serious moves that could put her in danger. She said at "a show or event" as in nothing permanent. Maybe like for one of those improv shows or something.

Hahaha. That's just like me! One week I'm deciding I'll pursue law, the next I've decided I want to go into the Cesus, then I look again at medicine, and then again at news broadcasting, one more glance at teaching (HA! As if! And put up with rats like myself? Hehe) and then the next I've decided the streets really are more appealing.

I think, with her history of back injuries, getting thrown around may not be conducive to staying healthy in the long run. Quite alot of force on one's back in pairs skating.

I'd like to see her trying pair cause she is very flexible and thats a pretty good quality for a good pair skater. And wut bout the throws? wow it could be amazing!!!!!!!!!

She's making a name for herself in singles why try pairs? I can see if maybe she wasn't one of the top ladies in the world, I think she's a great singles skater and to take a risk to try pairs really isn't worth it right now. I think her goal is 2006 Olympics anyways. And if the olympics we're this year I'd be putting money on Sasha to win!!! ;)

I could picture her skating w/Ryan B...I think they would make a dynamic pair.

My thoughts exactly!!
But maybe this is the intention....to totally overwhelm the partner. ;)
Nah, it's teenage "I'm gonna" talk.
No way would she give up her single status (single gold olympic medal)and risk pairs. JMO.

Yes, that's also what I got from the article. And, what a great article it is too! Very well written, giving a very clear picture of the momentum Sasha is picking up. And clearly respectful of all skaters mentioned in it.

I think Sasha is just AMAZING! I think she could accomplish anything she sets her mind to. What a wonderful human being.

Wouldn't it be great if after she completes her singles career, she began pairs! What a treat that would be for all of Sasha's fans! There is more longevity in pairs...and she would be light as a feather for any parnter!

I agree that Sasha could do anything she put her mind to...but I think her path will be differnt.

Since Yuka has become so good with Jason, and the two of them together are better than he was as an amateur, its not out of the question.
