Not to be cynical or anything, but I'm pretty darn sure his lawyers advised him to do what he did. If he didn't admit there was a problem he probably could have been in more serious trouble. But if he does feel he has a probelm than im glad he's getting treatment.

Haha...WELL, I'm pretty sure if he stood up there and said something like, "I do NOT have a problem and this is all just a bunch of bulls**t", then yes, I do believe he would have been in quite a bit more trouble!! So kudos to his lawyers, if the case, (hehe, look at my pun! You know...case as in court case...and case as in the case of the situation...Oh jeeze...I've never used a pun...Hopefully it is one...) in advising him to admit is problem!

I think it's too early to say if Yagudin is heading in the right or wrong diretion finally. It is pretty obvious that he has no choice but to join the alchohol education program - unless he wants to go to jail and ruin his career forever. He was caught red-handed by the police - so there is nothing he can deny in court. Whether he is denying the problem in his heart etc, we don't know yet. Only his action and his attitude on drinking and driving in future can show the direction he is heading.
