That is so awesome for them!! :D:D:D I was really hoping that they'd get a Grand Prix, especially after their great showing at Nebelhorn. Maybe if they do well they could even get a second GP, I know there are still one or two openings!

Yaaaaay! Between P/W and this team, Canada might have a shot at the podium! I'm so pleased for this wonderful team.

I'm surpirised they weren't added to Cup of China, as there is no Canadian pairs team going there.

Even though there are no Canadian teams going to the Cup of China, this competition is full. It has the maximum of ten entries. Plus, I think that Skate Canada might have wanted to give them an early assignment so that if they do well they could get a second GP. There are still spots open for Lalique, Cup of Russia, and NHK.

Why is 10 the max of spots for pairs? That doesn't make any sense when a flight would be 4 teams. why can't they have 12 and still have 3 flights?
