It's kind of funny how society seems to more forgiving to celebrities and sport figures for their indiscretions than they are of the average joe.

Everyone should be held accountable for their actions, no matter who they are.

This thread struck a chord, Jazz. My friend just died while driving her family to the cottage. She was not drunk, but her car was swept off the road by the hurricane Isabel winds. Driving is already so dangerous--why put your loved ones and yourself even more at risk when you have a CHOICE to drink and drive?
