Congrats to them. I hope it wasn't a professional photographer that they hired that took those pictures though, because the pictures weren't of the best quality. It would be a shame if their beautiful wedding was marred by less-than-perfect photographs of the event.

WOW...Looks like a magical wedding! Looking at John Zimmerman in these pictures sure reminded me of Mathew Mconoughay (not a clue how to spell that...But you know, A Time To Kill, How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days...)...What a hottie! And Silvia Fontana looks absolutely beautiful.

Edited to say: I wasn't even aware they were a couple! Congratulations to the both of them.

That is what I was thinking also.

I think they are the most beautiful wedding couple I have ever seen and that dress is absolutely fabulous. Wishing them the very, very best in their new life - something tells me it will be totally charmed!

I was wondering about something while reading the articles about this wedding over the past week. While it is not as big as the Hollywood celeb weddings are, it still must take some organization and money to have a wedding in that big Italian Bascilica in Rome with 125 guests and going to a private villa and everything. Did John and Siliva's families help pay for this wedding? I don't think John and Silvia paid for this all themselves did they? I wondered this because last year at the Olympics it was said that Silvia was paying for her skating expenses by coaching younger skaters, and that an Italian American organization was helping to pay for her skating, and that her coaches had agreed to defer payment for her coaching. They have been busy on skating tours over the past year though. :)
