How does one find televised skating events?

(I live in Washington state, US, and I do have cable. It's packaged with the internet, but I don't watch much TV ever so I'm sort of clueless as far as finding schedules or whatever.)

Just be careful with the show times, since they are all listed as Eastern time and the West Coast local stations all seem to show them at different times. I'd recommend going to the website for your local ABC affiliate station for the ABC airings and your local cable company's website for the ESPN and ESPN2 airings. I can't tell you how many competitions I've missed because I didn't do that!
