Quick Question About Practice Tights

A few quick questions : Which over-the-boot version would be best for practice, 3350 or 3372? Is the difference in thickness really that significant? Or should I forget about Mondor altogether, and go for Danskin? What brand do you use? Thanks!

i think over the boot is best for compititions. I got over the boot ones for practice and they ripped really fast, so i had to get boot covers over the ripped ones.. I recommend getting the regular tights, they'll save you money!

[ i use mondor]

I wear the thin ones, but only because I hate the feel of the thick ones and I don't like not wearing over-the-boot tights. The thin over-the-boots, though, are about the most impractical thing you can wear -- the rip incredibly easily. Non-over-the-boots won't rip are obviousily, but if wear over-the-boots- the thick ones last at least twice as long without looking ridiculous. If you don't mind having gigantic holes in your tights (I always get one the first session, and after a week or two, there are huge holes all over), the thin ones are more comfotable, IMO. They'll last basically forever, until both hooks fall off or until there are so many holes that the entire toe comes off (yes, I have done that), you just might mind the way they look.
