I'll be in West Hartford CT next week - once I drop my kid off at
camp, the day is mine until I have to pick him up again at 4 pm. Last
year, I went and spent much of the day at a rink in West Hartford -
which I can do again.

The Simsbury Training Center isn't far away though either. Does
anyone have any insight on skating there? If I wanted to take a guest
lesson, who would be on the "not to miss" list - for either Simsbury
or West Hartford? Particularly for footwork/edges/moves etc. - I'm
working on Junior moves and just started working on pre-gold dances
(for what that's worth).

I've heard that Denis Pethukhov is teaching at Simsbury. If so, he'd be one I'd try to get a lesson with, focusing on edges.
