Do Rinks fix skates?

Say,nothing is wrong with my skates. But I would just like to know for the future. For if anything was to happen. Does anyone know if you can walk into a Rink and have them fixed? If let's say hooks came loose, blades came off or loose, etc. Or even leather ripping? If so,anyone know if Newington is one that does it? I am not worried. I just want to know how a skater would go about that. Also I go to Newington Arena to skate tomorrow. So please watch for my Rink Report.

My rink will do minor repairs like that - hooks, screws, etc. I've also had some things done at a shoe shop - had my top hooks replaced with eyelets, for instance. For anything but minor stuff I would probably take them back to the skate shop where I bought them to have the repairs done. Most people I know who have needed major things done - heels coming off, for instance, have sent them back to the manufacturer for repair.
