OMG that video is almost too sexual at the beginning.

I think they're working on core stability and balance. They mentioned something about his heart but i don't know what.

I've asked my French buddy to translate, however I told him to be careful who is behind him when he opens it. I'll let you know if he does.

Ahem.. translation if u care

Well the dialogue? It's boring stuff -- Joubert says he never does any weight training as he puts on muscle too easily & that weighs him down .. he runs, plays tennis -- variety of other sports. Trainer yapping about how this helps with flexibitlity and warm-ups. At the end, trainer says "you wanna try?" to whoever is off-camera I guess... Joubert also says (when he's bending sideways - lol) "I know my body very very well and this prevents me from injuries."
Apparently we all now know his body very very well. icky. Did he really have to be in his tighty whities -- or is this for the trainer? .. I guess I'm in the minority here but I'll say this: I Need a MAN creature, not a hairless WonderBOY. ...icky... Just my opinion. The Lenny Kravitz tune combined with the opening sequence was like old-school blue movies, lol! Bring on the shag carpet!

The gizmo looks like it might be used to improve balance, proprioception, core stability. It reminds me of a wobble board BAPS board that a physical therapist might use to help rehabilitate someone with an ankle injury (the board has a half-globe piece of plastic attached to the bottom; you stand on it and try to do various exercises to [I think] help retrain the muscles that stabilize the ankle joint and keep it in proper alignment and to retrain/enhance proprioception).

Casey

I thought for a minute he looked at bit like Casey but I have had another look and no, not quite, not that I have seen him down to his whities. Must be getting old, the face struck me first.
