Pairs elements for NACS

Hey people!

I'm trial judging at the NACS in Dieppe this weekend, but I know next to nothing about pairs since I was a singles skater. Does anyone happen to know the minimum required number of revolutions needed in the lift for the novice and junior pairs short? And does anyone know exactly what the required elements are for the NACS pairs events? I think they're different from the Skate Canada required elements.

Thanks in advance!
