My left thigh/hip area and the whole of my left leg after trying to follow my teenage friend's instructions to try a loop from a mohawk entry. It all seemed to go so much faster and then total collapse Oweeeee!

My other hurt wasn't on the ice this time and is my own silly fault. I probably qualify as the worlds untidiest person and I slipped on a piece of paper left strewn on my bedroom floor and skidded slam into the door frame with my elbow. Due to my skate training I knew what to do - ice it - and I'm sure that helped stop the bruise from being even bigger. But it still hurts.
