Minnesota Skating Schedules
The Minnesota Ice Arena Management Association (MIAMA) put together a website called "RinkFinder." On it, you can search for freestyle or public sessions for a given date and time, by arena, city, and a bunch of other options.

I'm not sure how up-to-date the schedules are, but thought someone local could check it out.
