"Neat" being equivalent to "Cool", right? That has to be the outdoor rink in St-Gallen, Switzerland, in the hills above the Bodensee. Beautiful, it was. Running a close second comes the rink in Bad Reichenhall, in Bavaria, where we go most years for a camp - in summer, it is used as a tennis-court, so has glass windows (and blinds, when necessary), and you can see the Alps all around.
