I couldn't find the website, but here's the rink info:

My parnets live close to this rink, and I skate there when I visit. As I recall there are nice public sessions daily from 11:00 - 1:00, not too crowded, more figure skaters than hockey skaters. I have serveral adult friends that skate there. Nice ice, possibly a bit on the cold side.

There's a rink in Saratoga, NY that I think is open during the summer. Not sure if Union College or RPI are open. Clifton Park has a rink but is not often open to the public anymore. Troy has the Uncle Sam Rink. Not sure of any rinks in Albany, but I bet there's something.

Enjoy ! I grew up in that area and still love to visit.
