How old you were when you first started to compete/when you addded Off-Ice-Training

Say,how old was everyone here when they first started to compete, and how many years did you yourself wait before adding Off-Ice-Traning to your routine? For me... I don't compete....But I'd say I waitd about 4 years from the time I learned to skate before adding Off-Ice-Training...and I tell you...it feels good!!!! Anybody else?

Hi

Well, I also do not compete, though I have a program to work on.

I just added off ice training about 4 months ago, when my coach told me that I need to work on certain jumps and spins. The good thing is that the off ice exercise that I am doing at home are really helping me at the ice rink.
