Are my Canadian feet Crossed?

One thing that is giving me trouble is this step in my footwork (had no footwork in the US program because of lack of time and speed). My choreographer has me doing this step where you are skating forward (left foot) and then cross in behind the skating foot with right foot on to a FRO edge and then push the edge outward to a RFI setting me up for a RFI op MO. I'm wondering if I can do a cross with the Left foot first and then do the right to go to the RFI op MO.

By the way, what is the name for this cross? I'm thinking it's called the Canadian Cross.
