1st competition - questions

My daughter is going to skate in her first competition (at the alpha level, solo compulsory). I was wondering, should we bring any token of thanks or appreciation to give to her coach?

Ask if the coach charges a competition fee.

If not, you might want to give the coach a small thank you gift.

A handwritten thank you would also be a nice gesture.

One time I bought my coach flowers, in addition to the coaching fee. They always sell them at the competitions.

Hmm... we've never brought our coach anything at competitions. We pay coaching fees for her to be there and put her on the ice and for her prctice ice sessions. I never thought about bringing her coach a gift in addition to all of that. I have brought her gifts for holidays and for her birthday but not for competitions.
