That's great! Yes, the left fist should "punch" the palm of your right hand right between your left hipbone and your left breast. (opposite for CCW skaters)

It definitely gives me more stability and at least I'm stretching the torso up (which should keep Jay happy...) I'll trying getting these consistent first though... since I still occasionally have a tendency to go "target practice" with those "machine guns" arms!!! LOL!!!

The other Frosty Morning note is... I made the mistake after skating to go to the gym to do cardio (elliptical). Bad idea!!! I barely was able to walk off the elliptical trainer when I was done! My lower back was SCREAMING!!! Thankfully, a LOT of stretching on the mat afterwards plus a nice warm shower did the trick for me!!!

Well, I am relieved that you didn't do it the other way around and have your legs give out on you while you were trying to jump! Whew!
