Yes, we only refund tots and only on their first session they try. Our sessions are 10 weeks. We do end up with some that the parents persist in signing up for the second session, and I'm not happy with that as they're told very clearly that there's no refund the second time so there's a leeeetttllee bit of pressure on the coach to make it work.
