1. ISU membership - Singapore Ice Skating Association
The ISU Council decided to extend the provisional ISU membership of the Singapore Ice Skating Association as provisional ISU Figure Skating Member by one year until March 24, 2011.

2. ISU membership – Ice Skating Association of Ireland
In accordance with Article 6, paragraph 2. a) of the ISU Constitution the Ice Skating Association of Ireland was granted full ISU Membership in the Figure Skating Branch. Thus the Ice Skating Association of Ireland is now a full ISU Figure Skating Member.
