Hi everyone!

I'd like to get a unique well-fitting competition dress, and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good dressmaker. I plan to do a romantic/dramatic program, so I envision a sleeveless or cap-sleeved dress with narrow bands across the back, and longish georgette/chiffon-y skirt (possibly ombre'd, even though this seems to have fallen out of fashion).

I'd need this by say mid-late January. What I should really do is make a dress, but I don't trust my rusty sewing skills, or my rusty dusty sewing machine.
