? Scorpion
Okay.. So in my dd group lessons the coach has them do something called a scorpion. To me it looks just like a biehlman. I have tried to do research on it and cant find anything.. Is this really called a scorpion is a move.. Or is it something just fun? Or is there a difference between scorpion and beilhman.. She is grabbing her skate behind her back while on one foot to help clarify a little.

A scorpion is what we called the Biellman position in cheerleading.

^ That's exactly correct. A Scorpian is a cheerleading stunt with the same position as a Biellman.

a proper beillmann should be extended past the head, as close to straight as possible, whereas a scorp has a more rounded shape, and rests at head level. A straigh-leg scorpion is equivalent to a beilmann.
