scratch/ upright one foot.

for some reason i love one footed upright spins, my sit spin absolutely sucks, and I go pretty fast on a regular good ol' upright one foot spin! Its my true fave! Scratch spins are fun too, I always travel tho. <--- me.... my coach (when i travel) --->

I travel a lot on my spins. More often then not! I like the sit spin, I can do a change of foot on it ever since my coach saw me put my foot down when i was losing balance so we started changing feet on purpose. I have just started learning parallel spins 2 days ago, and those are anything but easy!
