The insoles of my skates keep coming out . When I take them off, and yes I do loosen the laces all the way down, they slip right out, and I'm sure they didn't do that when I bought them. I don't think it's affecting my actual skating...but should I re-glue them, or just ignore them, or is there something wrong that needs repaired? Note: these aren't insoles that I bought...they're the ones that came with the boot - if I take them out, it's just the naked boot underneath.

One of mine does that all the time, when I take the boot off.

But as I skate barefoot in my skates, I don't mind, as it makes easy to take them out and chuck in the washing machine every so often!

If it irritates you - in any sense of the word - go and buy some new ones; ordinary shoe insoles cut to size are fine, and best of all are those thermal insoles, as they help your feet stay warm.
