I've recently been asked to get involved in the Michigan High School Figure Skating competitions. Skating is skating, but can anyone tell me about the format? Seem to recall information about team points, and the competition can run from freestyle events to the more fun jump and spin type events you see at non-qual club comps.

Can anyone tell me more about this? My first one is December 1.
