E-Learning Academy for Ice Coaches Offers a Free Seminar

Sorry for a shameless self-promotion, but me and the team have been working on this project for quite a while and sincerely believe that it will do lots of good for the skating community. If anyone could help by distributing this letter to other coaches at their rink and spreading the word, it would be great. We need help road-testing our lectures so we can fine-tune them and make them more relevant, useful and engaging.

So, here is the letter:
______________

Dear coaches –

ELITA Live, Online Training Academy, are looking for volunteers to attend a sample online seminar on jump theory. The lecture is free (normally costs $45), but you will need to fill in a feedback questionnaire and participate in the discussion after the lecture.

The seminar is presented by Christian Conte, one of the first U.S. coaches to utilize DARTFISH video analysis software and is considered to be one of the foremost specialists in video analysis and feedback.
The lecture will take place on Tuesday 22nd April at 4 p.m. Eastern time. We only have 25 places available, so “first come first served” policy applies. To book you place, send the following information to info@elitalive.com

Name
Surname
E-mail
Contact phone (mobile preferred) – we need it in case of any technical problems

You will need a computer with broadband connection (preferably not Apple Mac) and a phone line to dial in to be able to participate in the discussion (VoIP is also available; you’ll need to have speakers and microphone connected to your computer if you want to use this option).

If you are interested in attending the seminar, but can’t make the time, just drop me a line – we are planning more sample lectures in future. Alternatively, you can visit our website www.elitalive.com and browse the range of seminars and 1-2-1 mentoring sessions with coaching experts available for booking.
We also offer free weekly classes “How to Use Virtual Classroom” running every Monday at 18:45 Eastern time for those of you unfamiliar with web conferencing tools and features. (We recommend to attending this lecture before you sign up to your first seminar). Please e-mail info@elitalive.com if you want to take part in one of these sessions.

I look forward to see you in our virtual classroom!

Best regards,

Olga Efremova

We can do another one on Tuesday 20:00 Eastern, if there enough people interested. Just trying to work out the time that would suit most people.
