I am going to buy a pair of GAM skates online, and I know what blade I want, but don't know about sizing. I am buying a ladies size 9 skate, so what size blade would I get?

Ok I just read online somewhere that the standard is a blade the same length as your boot, or up to 1/4 inch shorter. You shouldn't have a blade plate that protrudes past the heel or toe of the boot though. So you need to measure your boots with a ruler or tape measure, to determine what size you need
