Cleaning Skates - please help!

I have only been skating for a few months, and I had bought some of those rubber like skate guards, and i went to take my skates off one day, and I must have rested my foot on top of my skate guard, and now my skates is dyed with this blue color from the guards, any way to get it off, we have tried many cleaners already!

Mr. Clean Magic Erasers or soap with some baking soda - rub gently.

You'll need to polish your skates afterward.
