I'd really like to have a decent upright spin, never mind anything else. Actually, having voted "scratch spin", I realise I've made a nonsense and should have voted "other", as my favourite spin is our couples' spin in our dance!

I'm a sit spin fan. Especially when it works. Course, I haven't learned a layback yet, but for now, I'm happy with a sit spin.

Is this a poll for spins you can actually do? or spins you hope to be able to do?

I just tried a camel spin and sit spin for the first time about 3 weeks ago and have been practicing both. Camel spin is becoming easier than sit spin. While I can only manage 2 revs, my vote was for Camel spin (I especially can't wait to do a catch foot camel. --not a fan of Biellmans though and not flexible enough anyway...)

...and backspins???

I went with other; my two favorites right now are a back camel and a flying sit. Yes, I'm weird and I know it.

Sit spin is definitely my favorite. I haven't learned a layback and don't think I'll ever subject my already crunchy back and knees to the biellman. I find it easiest to find the sweet spot of the blade on the sit spin. In my old skates (with a lesser blade and a lower heel and absolutely no ankle support), I found it easier to find the sweet spot in a scratch spin than in my current pair.

Strange thing, my backspin and my beginning attempts at a back sit are better in the "wrong" direction for me. It's probably because my right foot is stronger overall and the left foot never knows what it's doing as much as the right foot does...

I am NOT a spinner but for myself love to do the scratch (about the only decent one I can do!).

I like to see the death drop, the Biellman and the layback when done properly

Definitely camel (or even the catch-foot/wanna-be half-Biellmann hybrid); it's my money spin. I've been good to me in 20+ competition events.

That said, I lurrve the flying camel--it just doesn't like me in return!

I really really like the camel spin when I make it work, so I picked that.
I wish I could like the layback, but I cant get a good position on it.

I voted sit spin. I only started learning it last week, and today I managed to do a change of foot sit spin too. They're not exactly consistent but it's only been a week!

Well Im an adult beginner in my 30s and to be able to spin is one of my goals. Unfotunately Im right on the beginning levels of skate UK and I think attempting a spin is a very long way off for me.

I would love to be able to do any spin but I think my favourite one to watch is a layback spin.

Flying camel, or death drop, would be my faves.

My spins have improved...I think my sit is getting lower(better than it was even at Nationals) I will love the camel spin once I get it!!!!! I want it to have the position of my money making spiral!!!!! GRRRRRRRR!!

I have been getting the combo of: Camel, sit, upright, backupright every so often!

The scratch spin is my favorite, before my rink closed for the season mine was getting FAST!!! The camel is a close second followed by the backspin. The sit spin, on the other hand, is a different story (major issues with that one).

Love back spins. Don't ask me why, I'm not all that good at them yet, but there is something about them that I love.

Yep, me, too! I don't have the flying camel really consistent yet, but when I hit it just right and make the transition into the reverse sit, it feels awesome!

I prefer to do all the spins as back spins. Back camels, back sits -- way better than forwards ones!

I chose layback, but I also love back camel and layover variations of it.
