Can anyone familiar with the Indianapolis area give me some names of close by hotels to the rink? I've made a reservation with one of the hotels on the list, but I think the prices are really high. (though I know it's a popular weekend in Indy due to the Big Ten Conference).

I'm going to have a car with me, so i can go further away. I'm not finding the website link for the hotels provided on the Sectionals site to be helpful.

I will email the contact on the Sectionals site as well, but I thought i'd see if anyone here had luck with anything cheaper. Thanks

The West MI group is staying at the Courtyard Indianapolis at the Capitol (about 1/2 mile north of the rink). For a 2 double bed room, we're paying $149.95/night.

When I used to skate in Indy as a a kid (we drove down from Chicago every weekend), we used to stay near the airport which is only about 6 miles away from the rink.
