Since there's a thread for Halloween Classic, I'll start one on Skate San Francisco. (Yes, it's that time again!!!)

Anyone going to this event???

I was so hoping to make it out to SF this year, but lack of money and the fact I have a horrendous cold right now make it so I can't. I have to save up for ANs! But hopefully one of these years I'll make it!

Oracle closed the entire damn street

For those of you attending Skate SF, be very aware that there will be traffic jams through out the area and almost no parking as Oracle open world is happening the same week and they have also blocked off a whole street - Howard street between 3rd and 4th which is between the convention centers.

The YB rink is on top of the south moscone center. They are expecting 40,000 attendees this week, and add the entire Skate SF to that you have Noooooo parking!

Oh boy, that will be a mess.

I'm now glad that I decided not to attend this year. My coach will be there, but I think she is staying within walking distance.

I will attend next year, I promise!

Yup! Today's the beginning of Skate SF. Actually if you count practice ice, it has already started!!! The rink is closed ALL DAY b/c of all the practice ice sessions (except for the Sr. Guys and Gals, Ice Dance and Pairs...)

Tonight it's all Prelim Girls 1 FS and Adult FS events!!! Can't wait to watch the adults skate!!! YAAAAY!!!!
