Tonight at our club Christmas show I got made Club Member of the Year for my work I did this year in promoting skating, doing the club newsletter and generally helping out.

It was a great surprise and lovely to think that people thought highly enough of me to bestow this honour upon me.

And they gave me a beautiful Parker pen as a present.

It really made my night.

Plus the show went pretty well except for a couple of things but I will start another thread for that.
