Compulsory Events

How are compulsory events judged? Are only the elements judged, or do connecting steps also matter? The program is pre-preliminary and includes a flip, jump combo w/ 2 single jumps (no axel), a split jump, sit spin, and forward outside spiral.

Thanks!

Check the announcement for the competition: sometimes it will specify the judging. I think only the elements are supposed to be judged but nice presentation and posture on the in between stuff never hurts and I'm sure can have an effect even if it isn't supposed to.
