Overdue thanks to jazzpants

This is very long overdue thank you to jazzpants for her cheers and support at the ISI Adult Nationals.

When I first met her, I wasn't in "get to know me" mode as I was trying sincerely to psyche myself up and not freak myself out for the competition. When I get nervous like that, I'm not good at lively conversation. I'm not good at ANY conversation. I know we talked. I know I enjoyed meeting her. I also know I freaked myself out skittering on the ice during a warmup of a jump.

Then I was sweating out the results (I got silver) and had to deal with the letdown of not getting gold, although I was extremely pleased with the way I skated. She was one of the nicest cheerleaders I've ever met at a competition!

So belated thanks to you jazzpants. It was nice to meet you and Christine both.
