With lots of people testing this summer to get in moves before the changes & get up to qualifying levels, here's a place to post your skater's triumphs!

(so of course, I get to start!!)

One of my students passed Intermediate moves tonight, first try with huge points over. She skated a beautiful test, and I am so proud of her. One of the judges, a tough one, wrote "delightful test!" on the bottom of her sheet! What a nice thing to do.

I've been teaching her since she was 5, wandering around the ice with one mitten perpetually in her mouth, and now she's 11 and such a pretty skater.
Now she'll start work on the new Novice patterns, and will hopefully have them ready to try some time in the fall.

In March, I passed my Adult gold moves! That has been my main focus for the past year, and it took three tests to do it, but I finally passed. It was worth all the time and effort, now I can work on my freestyle, yeah!
