Okay here are some tips to get ur body used to the beilman. These are some excerises I did. You should be doing alot of stretching off-ice. Also what I did was I took some like an belt and i held on to each end with one hand and then you put it around your foot so you're able to lift up your foot and your leg. Then you pull you leg up to a position where you most feel comfortable. Each time you do it start moving her hands closer and closer to your foot until you are finally able to hold on to your foot. Also it will be difficult to balance off-ice but if you have your other leg leaning a little bit against a couch or chair to make you more stable. I hope these tips help.
