I think I will be adding an interp/artistic program with every competition I enter from now on. Its good for me to get a feel of the ice before the Free skate.

Im just wondering how many jumps and spins do you put within the 1min & 40second program?

It really depends on the program. I've had some with 1 jump, 1 spin and have done quite well,and I've seen programs with no jumps at all that were great. Go with the music and overall theme of the program.
