Basic Six.

So this summer i'm not taking classes because of vacation plans but I don't want to fall behind. If you could post tips and how-to's for everything in figure skating basic 6, that'd be great. Thanks!

The USFSA has all of the Basic Skills program elements listed here:

http://www.usfigureskating.org/content/BS-overview.pdf

Basic 6:

A. Forward inside three turn: R & L from a standstill position

B. Moving backward to forward two-foot turn on a circle, clockwise & counter clockwise

C. T-stop: R or L

D. Bunny hop

E. Forward arabesque/spiral on a straight line: R or L

F. Forward lunge: R or L

Do you know how to do any of these already? Do you plan to practice on the ice or off-ice at home this summer?
