I'm still waiting on my DVD from the non-qualifying competition at Adult Easterns. Has anyone received theirs?

Not me! And I'm dying to get it to analyze what went wrong with the salchow in my program!

Has anyone heard from the photography guy? I ordered a CD of pictures from both my skates. The dude asked for a check and I sent it. It went against my better judgement, I should have pushed for him to take a credit card. I spoke with him right after EAsterns and he said he would send it out right away. Well, he didn't so I called him and he said he'd check if it was returned . If I don't get it by Tuesday I'm calling him again!!

I left them a message yesterday asking when it was shipped since they charged my credit card. Usually when a company charges the credit card the item has been shipped. Just my experience.

mail just came in today and nothing (i paid in cash right there on the spot)

Nothing in my mail either. And, no call back yet from the company. I'll call them again tomorrow if I don't get it in the mail.

What's the name of the company doing the video this year? Anybody have a website? And are they going to be at nationals?

I just called in and they said "were 2 weeks behind, the people who have been calling and said that they were going to nationals, we are trying to move them up on the line, but most likely we wont get them out until the end of next week"

I got mine today but was bummed because it was just me -- I thought I had ordered the whole group?

Oh well....my spins were better than I thought so that was nice to see before leaving for AN tomorrow.

Now I'm reaaaallllly not happy. Flutz - do you have your receipt to see what you ordered?

Got mine today too and I'm hoping that when my coaches see it, they will tell me that my skating has gotten a bit better than then (cleaner salchow, lower sit).

Yay! It's here! Too late to make changes to my programs but I do see what worked and what didn't.

Has anyone else NOT received thier DVD? Here's my story, I left these people 4 messages with no response. Finally today I talked to the guy. He claimed he got no messages!! BS. I told him he needs to overnight me this thing he told me he will only do that if IIIIIII pay extra for it!!!!!!!! I told him he's got to be kidding. And I told him I KNOW other people have contacted and he sent out the product right away. He told me I'll get it sometime NEXT week. I'm not happy. And this company is not going to be doing AN.
