Yes - it helps with heel pronation - it's called a heel straightener. This is the brand I found at my local shoe-repair shop:

I may still put another wedge in my heels, either on the heel of the boot itself or inside the boots. Haven't decided yet. I think I need to have a chat with my local boot-and-blade guy.
