I have decided to get a new program and skate up to the Silver level, provided I pass my Bronze FS test next month. I don't expect to be competitive right away, but I am very excited to have a program that passes the 2 minute mark.

Anyway, I've got some music that I ADORE and I think is perfect for me. Now, I don't even have cuts yet, but I am wondering about something. If there is some singing, in the background, and it's in a dead language (Latin in this case), is that ok for competition?

If the words are distinguishable, no.
